Shock has engulfed residents of Rugarama LCI in Rwabaranga parish, Mpeefu Sub County in Kagadi district after discovering a body of a yet identified man in his 60s dumped near a well.
The man’s body was found lying in a pool of blood near the water source on Sunday morning.
The Rugarama LCI chairman says police was called to the scene and picked the body for an autopsy.
Andrew Mbusa, the district councillor for Mpeefu sub county wants police to in investigate the matter.
