People living on the shores of Lake Albert in Kikuube district and have medical emergencies, will soon ride swiftly to health facilities, following the procurement of a boat ambulance by the health ministry.
This has been done to support medical services on islands.

The Buhaguzi East constituency legislator Stephen Asera Itaza says the boat ambulance will soon be handed over to officials in Kikuube government. He says currently, the team that will run the ambulance are being trained in Entebbe on its usage.

Aseera also adds that he has procured an ambulance for his electorates in Kikuube district.

Itaza further requests residents to continue adhering to the standard operating procedures to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
He further requested people to go for vaccination and avoid politicizing the vaccination exercise.
