In a recent development, the Uganda Police have disclosed their search for Patrick Mugwanya, popularly known as Alien Skin, in connection with the malicious damage of Motor Vehicle No. UBK 123C, registered to Mr. Andrew Mukasa a.k.a  Bajjo.

The incident transpired on November 7th, 2023, at approximately 6:00 PM, within the Kirudu zone, Luwafu Parish, Makindye Division, Kampala, specifically at a car washing facility owned by Mr. Bajjo.

Kampala Metropolitan Deputy Police Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire has confirmed the arrest of one of Alien Skin’s gang members, Mr. Ibra Kabadia, and the apprehension of the security guard responsible for shooting the tires of Alien Skin’s car.

The Territorial Police at Katwe is actively investigating the distressing incident, wherein assailants, led by Mugwanya Patrick, alias Alien Skin, allegedly attempted to assault Mr. Bajjo.

Mr. Bajjo successfully defended himself using pepper spray, but his car sustained damage during the escape. A confrontation ensued between the security guard, Mr. Okalebo Vincent from Caltec Security Company, and Alien Skin’s group, resulting in the discharge of the guard’s firearm and further damage to the vehicle.

Prompt police action has led to the arrest of Mr. Ibra Kabadia and the security guard as part of an ongoing investigation into the incident of malicious damage and shooting.

However, Alien Skin managed to evade capture, prompting active pursuit for his arrest and that of his associates to hold them accountable for the damage caused at the car washing facility.

The police are urging Mugwanya Patrick and his associates to refrain from violence and disturbances that disrupt the peace of others. The investigation is ongoing, and updates will be provided as further details unfold.
