In the midst of swirling rumors suggesting a love triangle between himself, Lydia Jazmine, and Carol Nantongo, musician Edirisa Musuuza, popularly known as Eddy Kenzo, has vehemently denied the allegations. Addressing journalists at Mutundwe on Tuesday night, Kenzo dismissed the speculations and affirmed that neither Jazmine nor Nantongo is romantically involved with him.
Describing the rumors as mere speculation, Kenzo assured the public that he has not, and will never, be romantically linked with either of the two artists. “Just be patient, I will show you my real wife,” he confidently stated, urging the media and the public to refrain from spreading baseless information.
The alleged feud between Lydia Jazmine and Carol Nantongo had sparked rumors of a romantic entanglement with Eddy Kenzo being the catalyst. However, Kenzo’s clear denial aims to put an end to the gossip surrounding his personal life.
Rather than dwelling on the speculations, Kenzo redirected the conversation towards his recent meeting with President Yoweri Museveni. He clarified that the meeting was not politically motivated, explaining that it occurred at the state house and not the party headquarters.
Kenzo emphasized that one of the primary topics discussed with the president was the need for negotiations with the government regarding the heavy taxes imposed on artists. In light of these challenges faced by the artistic community, the musician is focusing on advocacy and seeking solutions to benefit fellow artists.
